Admission Procedure

1. The candidates shall ensure that the completed application form with all particulars and enclosures reaches the Selection Committee within the date and time specified.
2. Download the Admission form or Collect the form from the LMRC by paying Rs. 500/-
3. Fill up the Admission form with correct information. Avoid spelling mistakes.
4. In Case of Hard Copy Fill in the Admission form with correct information in Neat Handwriting. Avoid over writing and spelling mistakes.
5. Enclose / Upload Self Attested Photocopies of the following documents
   1. Xth Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate
   2. XIIth Mark sheet and Passing Certificate
   3. Address Proof : Aadhar Card ( Front / Back) \ Latest Electricity Bill
   4. Contact Details : Email ID \ Mobile No. and In Case of Emergency Contact No ( Father Mother \ Spouse \ Guardian)
   5. 10 Recent Colored Photographs-Front Face with Blue/White Background
6. Payment in Cash \ DD \ NEFT of minimum Rs.15, 000.00 at the time of admission.
7. The students who take the admission are required to sign the Declaration Form along with the Application Form at the time of Admission.
